I’m an Emotional Intelligence Coach who believes in empowering those who feel broken to step into their boldest, most authentic selves. Fitness is my foundation, but it’s emotional resilience and self-awareness that truly drive me. I help people heal, grow, and push past their limits—physically and mentally. Whether I’m lifting weights or lifting spirits, I’m all about transformation. My life is about breaking barriers and living a balanced, healthy life. Let’s grow together, inside and out.
Qualities that I appreciate in people the most:
I deeply value authenticity and emotional maturity. People who are open to growth, who embrace vulnerability, and who are dedicated to improving themselves are my kind of people. My goals for the future:
I want to continue expanding my work as an Emotional Intelligence Coach, helping people break free from their limiting beliefs and embrace their full potential. I also dream of building a life where I’m continuously growing, learning, and exploring new horizons—both emotionally and physically. Ultimately, I want to create a balance between my personal life, career, fitness, and the relationships I nurture along the way.
My travel destinations (past or future):
I’ve been to a few places that have left lasting memories—Bali for its serenity, Paris for its romance. But I have many more places on my travel bucket list: Japan for its culture and food, Greece for the history and stunning views, and maybe a remote beach somewhere to find peace and clarity. I’m always on the lookout for new places to explore and new experiences to embrace.

I spend a lot of time thinking about how to make a positive impact in the world. As an Emotional Intelligence Coach, I’m always reflecting on new ways to help people heal, grow, and build emotional resilience. My dream is to inspire others to embrace their personal power and find balance in their lives, so they can live authentically and fearlessly.
My favorite movies, books, music, shows:
I love a good mix of genres. Movies that inspire and challenge my thinking, like “The Pursuit of Happyness” or “Into the Wild,” always hit home. As for books, I’m all about personal development and self-discovery, with a little fiction thrown in for escape. Music-wise, I lean towards upbeat playlists that get me moving, especially for a good workout—pop, rock, and a bit of electronic. When I’m winding down, I love binging on motivational TED Talks or documentaries on emotional intelligence.
My favorite food:
I’m all about fueling my body with nutritious, whole foods—smoothie bowls, protein-packed salads, and grain bowls are my go-to meals. But I do have a weakness for dark chocolate and a good glass of wine. I’m a foodie who loves to experiment with new recipes, especially ones that satisfy my cravings while keeping me healthy.
Pets in my life:
I’m currently pet-free, but I love animals, especially dogs. In the future, I’d love to adopt a rescue dog to join me on outdoor adventures and cozy evenings at home.
My hobbies and what I'm good at:
I’m a coach and a fitness enthusiast, so I’m constantly honing my skills in both areas. I love helping others find their emotional strength and guiding them on their journey of self-discovery. Outside of that, I’m good at experimenting in the kitchen, exploring new places, and pushing myself to new fitness goals. I’m also really good at listening and being a supportive presence for the people I care about.
Talking about sports:
I’m a fitness junkie, so sports play a big role in my life. I’m all about weight training, HIIT, and yoga to keep my body strong and flexible. I’m also into hiking and outdoor activities to connect with nature. Whether it’s training for a race or doing a new workout challenge, I’m all in. I’d love to meet someone who’s passionate about fitness and loves pushing themselves to new limits.
