I travel for texture street markets, industrial skylines, sea air. Cinema with heart and wit. I grew up on Meg Ryan and clever nineties romantic comedies, but I also enjoy films that leave you thinking after the credits. Books come in seasons; I reach for psychology, memoirs, and the occasional novel when I want to rest my own thoughts. Music is late-eighties and early-nineties at its best, plus anything with real instruments and a melody you can carry for years.
My favorite food:
Fresh, unfussy, seasonal. Good coffee, ripe tomatoes, seafood, herbs, homemade soup, dark chocolate. I enjoy cooking for people I love and setting a beautiful table on an ordinary Tuesday.
Pets in my life:
I do not keep a pet now, but animals have my heart. I sometimes help friends by fostering their pets for a short time.
My hobbies and what I'm good at:
Telling stories that brands can stand on. Planning trips with beautiful logistics. Massage learned out of necessity, kept as a useful skill. Hosting dinners that feel like a movie scene. Building playlists for moods. Seeing potential in people and ideas, and helping both become their best version.
Talking about sports:
Running clears my head, swimming resets my posture, and cycling gives me that clean kind of freedom. After a back issue I learned to respect recovery and proper form; I add core work and stretching, and I actually enjoy it. I like movement that keeps me strong for years, not weeks.

Morning light. A notebook with a pen that glides. Headphones and a well-made playlist. Sneakers by the door. Someone to come home to.
