Looking for:
I am looking for a calm and caring man who values warmth, depth, and home comfort. I’ve built a beautiful life with my own hands and now I want to share it with someone who is ready for something serious and meaningful. I believe in true connection and peaceful happiness.
About me:
I own an ethnic restaurant that celebrates ancient Ukrainian recipes. People come from all over the country to taste what I create, but for me, cooking is more than food. It’s memory, heritage, and love served on a plate. I live quietly, but with purpose. I find joy in simple things and believe that the most powerful energy is the one we pour into what we love.
Qualities that I appreciate in people the most:
Sincerity, kindness, patience, loyalty. I admire those who speak softly but live loudly through their actions. I appreciate people who understand that silence can be comfortable and routine can be beautiful.
My goals for the future:
I want to open a second restaurant in the Carpathians, where guests can rest their soul and body. I also dream of creating a small culinary school to teach young chefs about the beauty of traditional cuisine. But most of all, I want to build a loving family and become the heart of a cozy home.
My travel destinations (past or future):
Most of my travels have been connected to culinary culture. I’ve visited Lviv, Odesa, and Transcarpathia to learn regional recipes. In the future, I’d love to explore Georgia for its warm hospitality, and Italy to feel the rhythm of slow food and soulful kitchens.
I spend a lot of time thinking about (or my dream is):
How to preserve something real in a fast-moving world. I think about the hands of my grandmother making varenyky, and I wonder how to make others feel this kind of love today. I also dream about the family I want to create and the Sunday mornings we’ll spend together.
My favorite movies, books, music, shows:
I love films that speak softly but leave a deep mark. Chef with Jon Favreau made me smile because it’s about passion and food from the heart. The Hundred-Foot Journey inspired me to keep going. I read books like Like Water for Chocolate by Laura Esquivel that blend love and recipes into one story. My playlist includes old Ukrainian folk, Ludovico Einaudi’s piano, and soft jazz in the evening.
My favorite food:
Borsch with smoked pears. Warm pampushky with garlic. And honey cake that melts on the tongue. I believe the best dishes taste like childhood and feel like home.
Pets in my life:
I have a cat named Makoviy. He sleeps in the warmest corner of the kitchen and watches me cook with the eyes of a true gourmet.
My hobbies and what I'm good at:
Cooking with meaning. Creating traditions. Hosting people and making them feel seen and heard. I’m good at reading moods, remembering details, and making a simple moment feel unforgettable. My hands were made to create and to care.
Talking about sports:
I’m not into the gym, but I walk a lot. My mornings start with movement, and I stretch while bread rises in the oven. I like feeling my body awake and grounded.
The five things I can't live without:
Morning light, firewood scent, fresh dough, my apron, quiet love
You should message me if:
